2D Interface for non-VR mode

Improve the interface for when the user is not wearing the headset and is using it like a normal app.

Fixed camera?
Proper interface buttons that are not in world space.
Touch gesture support needed in greater amounts.

Localisation

Needs to be a way of determining things like preferred date format.

Foreign language support? How many ways are there to say "Date"?
