Do not check for the result of json_encode in the CanManipulateJsonTrait

Description

Following an silenced error raised by phpstan, json_encode configured with JSON_THROW_ON_ERROR will not return a boolean (as stated in the type hint documented in php.net).

Proposal

  • Not silencing this error
  • Not checking if the result of json_encode or json_decode is false
