The dev-kernel branch within NVIDIA is used for Android and Linux for Tegra
(L4T) product distributions.  Examples of these:
    . Android: https://android.googlesource.com/kernel/tegra/
    . L4T: https://developer.nvidia.com/linux-tegra

The code presented will be morphed into a form which can be made directly
useful to Nouveau.  That effort includes:

   . Normalizing headers with regard to NVIDIA GPU concepts/engines already
present within Nouveau.
   . Eliminating superfluous code within 'nvgpu.'
   . Bolstering Nouveau code with nvgpu functionality.
   . Adapting to Nouveau run-time behaviour/formulation.
