Conlfluence h2 jar breaks AMRequestUtility
Confluence 7.13 uses the h2-1.4.200.jar. This removed the 'equals' method used in amRequestUtility, which causes the Confluence SSO to no longer function. It's a small method so maybe it should just be included in the code base to remove the dependency on the h2 jar.
