Describe the bug
I enter Riverwood on a new game for the first time, and a wolf killed a random chicken. I kill the wolf and loot it and when I go to look the chicken, I notice that it has 20+ new spellbooks on hand, of all spell categories and mastery.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Go to Riverwood -> Find certain chicken -> Kill Chicken -> Check corpse and you'll find the spellbooks.
Expected behavior
No spellbooks on chicken
Additional context
May apply to other chickens? I resurrected it and killed it via console and it did not have the tremendous amount of spellbooks

issue:
Not sure if this is vanilla or not. A lot of enemies in soulcairn are non reactive. Seems archers and the ghost mage types are the least affected. The melee types just stand around (mostly) until physically attacked.
expected behavior: Enemies actually being aggressive to intruders and attacking as undead are want to do.
I have no photos of this behavior but go to soul cairn and you will see plenty of groups of enemies just standing around with a few (usually archers n mages) actually aggro towards you no matter how close you get.

Describe the bug
The Alteration perk Spell Mastery does not work for spells from Triumvirate.
To Reproduce
Load the attached save, put a point into the spell mastery perk in the Alteration tree. Then cast any of the triumvirate shadow spells, they will not be mastered. Then cast any vanilla spell, it will get mastered.
Expected behavior
All spells should be supported for the spell mastery perk.

kill an archer. Bandits were when I noticed it. over world btw havent checked a dungeon since realizing it was a thing.

Hardcore mode to be enabled, class limit set to 2

When I place Meridia's beacon on the space directed by the quest, the game freezes for a few seconds, then it closes to desktop. I've attempted to load an earlier save and then try, but the same crash occured.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I have a save right in front of Meridia's statue where you place the beacon. I load that save, then I place the beacon where indicated by the quest, and then the game crashes.
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Normally during this quest, after the beacon is placed, you are sent into the sky to speak to Meridia.

Windhelm bone altar doesn't exist as the area seems to conflict with either "ClefJ's Winterhold, City Entrances Overhaul - Windhelm, or City Entrances Overhaul - Windhelm" when you "discover" the bone altar and fast travel to it you end up in terrain that contains a live nord and two corpses.
To Reproduce
Unlock Bone Collector perk, go to windhelms altar on the map and fast travel

Describe the bug
Alternate Perspective Helgen Main Quest Stuck at Carriage. All the prisoners get off the carriage but nothing happens, it doesnt proceed. General tulius is also standing away from where the headsman is.
I uploaded 3 saves, one is before i enter Helgen, one is after sleeping at the inn, and one is at the point where everyone is stuck and nothing is happening

Describe the bug
After accepting the quest to retrieve the claw, his sister talks to him and she walks outside. Upon exiting to follow her, she is not anywhere to be found. Using placeatme for her has her stuck with saying "this way." but only performing her normal AI routine. (sweeping sitting eating etc.)
To Reproduce
Not tested, but load save in breezehome, fast travel to riverwood, enter store, start quest after listening to their dialogue, inspect premium chest, leave, she vanishes.
Expected behavior
Start quest, exit trader, follow her to bridge, listen to dialogue, continue on quest.

Bug Description
During the quest "The Silver Hand", after first transforming into a werewolf I am experiencing mostly complete game freezes (video freeze, audio continue loops, game window will not give up top layer priority even to task manager in focus) and the occasional instant CTD.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Attempt to complete the quest "The Silver Hand",
The problems seem to occur at 2/3 specific points:
-Right after initially gaining control of werewolf form/beginning to sprint the game will often freeze or CTD.
-When Aela lights her torch and begins to talk to the player; the game will run fine for a moment upon loading in and waking up post Whiterun escape but once Aela's conversation "locks in" it will freeze up/CTD.
Expected behavior
Complete the quest by drinking the werewolf blood, running through Whiterun in werewolf form, waking up with Aela by a Silver Hand base and then clearing it out.

Additional context
I am level 31 and have one point each in the first 2 unarmed skills, which may be relevant given the 'hand to hand rebalanced' mod shows up in both crash logs, though I have also found similar crash reports from SkyrimVR users relating to the werewolf skeleton in XP32MSSE 4.80.

Describe the bug
Using the dodge roll from Engarde, certain buffs appear to get removed. At the very least, flame cloak gets removed when using dodge.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Load the attached save, then cast flame cloak, then use dodge. Flame cloak falls off.
Expected behavior
Dodging should not remove spell buffs.
Additional context
Based on the buff icons, it appears that the dodge roll adds a conflicting buff that overwrites the flame cloak spell.
This bug also occurs if Incorporeal dodging is enabled.

Describe the bug
When attempting to do the intro in Helgen via talking to the innkeeper. Everything works normally, until you get to the part of the into where Hadvar tells you to "stay close to the wall". Shortly after this, right as Alduin lands on the wall, the game crashes to desktop. Happened two times in a row.

Load the save attached here, and wait for the into to progress. Follow along as normal, and when you get to the part mentioned above, the game will crash.

Both Sunlight and Radiant Sunlight Rune spells have the same issue (they don't seem to hurt the undead).
To Reproduce
1: Place either Radiant Sunlight Rune or Sunlight Rune on the ground.
2: Lure an undead creature like a Draugr to it.
3: Watch as it resists it.
Expected behavior
For the spells to hurt the undead.

Describe the bug
The duelist class is supposed to give 2% increased movespeed per class level, while your left hand is empty.
Instead, it only gives .2%, or 1/10th of the amount claimed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Load the attached save. My character is currently a level 8 duelist, which should be a speed increase of 16%, on top of the 10% from the thief stone. Use the console to get the player's speedmult value. If this was working correctly, it would be 126, but instead it shows as 111.6.
Expected behavior
Player movespeed should be 126 with both Thief Stone and a level 8 Duelist class.

When exiting the werewolf form back to human the game freezes

Describe the bug
After combat is when happens, i try to jump for some reason and i realize that it`s not working.
To Reproduce
I`m working on it but the save contain the bug.
Additional context
I suppose that some weapon enchant effect that the enemies are using that breaks the character physics somehow, i noticed some enemies getting some animation bugs too when they die or when there are too many together. I`m goin to report that too, however its not gamebreaking.

Some destruction perks don't work at all some only partially. They are mostly ordinator perks. Didn't test other perk trees.

Describe the bug
Dragons (and sometimes some named NPC's) aren't consistently giving perk points on death.
To Reproduce
Kill a dragon yourself. (without using followers/conjured minions/environmental effects)
Expected behavior
Every time you kill a dragon, or one of the NPC's listed in Perk Point Awards Redux you should recieve 1 (or sometimes 3) perk points, but never 0.

The effect on the NPC that says it should give the perk on death seems to be there, but sometimes fails to actually fire off.
I initially discovered the bug when finishing the civil war quest when it failed to give me extra perk points for killing Ulfric, and then slightly later on failed to get perk points from a dragon either.
I spawned in Ulfric and actually did recieve the perk points when I killed him for the second time, hence why it's a consistency issue, instead of jsut straight up not working.

Breath and Form (Speech perk) does not grant reduced stamina cost of sprinting. Likely a conflict with engarde's walk, run and sprint rework
10% power attack stamina cost reduction works as expected, so perk is partially working

Describe the bug
Attacks wont register regardless of engarde settings. This has been reported with or without stamina in certain circumstances. Personally became more noticeable as my attack speed went up.
To Reproduce
Attack a lot, eventually will fail when you click. Of note: I tried a different computer mouse, issue persisted.
Expected behavior
I left or right click, attack goes off.

Describe the bug
When in combat (seen most often with vampires but that may be due to me playing the dawnguard dlc) whilst attacking someone occasionally I'll encounter someone who refuses to be damaged by any attack made. This is semi-permanent and after 3-5 seconds they are affected by damage again.
To Reproduce
Get into group combat and be aggressive, eventually you'll encounter and enemy who wont die. It happens often enough within an hour play session. I believe it has to do with the dodge iframe power that is granted and an npc being interrupted right as they were about to dodge.
Expected behavior
For damage to be dealt to someone standing still.
I have no screen shots as this happens at random and I can't trigger it at will.
