Our syntax highlighting such as:

doesn't meet minimum accessibility contrast ratios according to aXe.

When on a specific page, the sidebar link should be in an active state (black text on white box, in this case), and there should be a nested list of the headings that match the headings in the markdown file.

I suspect this will require some manipulation of markdown-it-toc-and-anchor and passing the array to <Page />, like <Page sidebar={tocArray} />, but I'm not sure what will end up working best.

Roughly, it should look like this. In this example, there are many more headings missing from the nested list under the active link.
