You can pass too many (or too few) phrases to the <Bingo> component if you pass an array without using getBingoPhrases -- OPTIONS?

1. Move getBingoPhrases to be an internal implementation detail -- in other words:
2. Just pass any list of phrases to <Bingo> and call getBingoPhrases internal to the component
3. Throw an exception is you pass too few phrases
4. Add a prop to <Bingo> that lets you override the FREE square
5. Throw over/under exceptions -- keep the call to getBingoPhrases as explicit, but throw exceptions if you pass too few or too many phrases
