When a user (with user permission level) logins, the app makes forbidden http requests.

Reason:

• to display a permissions button on each corpus in the corpora array, the app needs to know the permissions on each corpus for this specific user, and makes an http call for each one. Only corpora with an ADMIN permission level return a 200OK response, all the other send back a 403 forbidden response.

Needs some fix on the API server to be fixed:
camomile-project/camomile-server#77 (comment)

Looks like one has to re-login every time they visit the webpage.
(e.g. connect in one page, open a new tab, one should not have to connect again).

I believe the "logged in" status can be automatically obtained from the cookie.
