Create a module that can serialize any grouping of DataPoint objects from #51 into a string for QR code generation. Consider using Node's Buffer object. Attempt to combine multiple small numeric types into a single integer to not waste any bits.

Create a generic "DataPoint" class that would encapsulate a single piece of data (its "value"). The class should provide stubs to implement the following functionality so that it could be used across the Knight Scout application:

• Provide a DataType to inform serialization/deserialization
• Provide a max value for int types

Long comments prevent QR code generation

Investigate error on iOS where QR codes fail to generate even though the data is not at the max length, but then can be resolved by removing the comment

Keep track of scouts' devices' battery charge state and propose a charging rotation
