Goals

The main goal is to identify regions with high AD function probability in protein sequences. Moreover, at these observed regions, a saturated mutagenesis study can reveal insights into the important residues that confer the AD function to that region.

adpred's Issues

using adpred; get progress bars and it always finishes with "None"

using adpred on jupyter notebook (tensor flow doesnt seem to work on my Mac) :

from adpred import ADpred as adp

I get a bunch of progress bars but the output is always :

1/1 [==============================] - 0s 37ms/step
1/1 [==============================] - 0s 38ms/step
1/1 [==============================] - 0s 40ms/step
1/1 [==============================] - 0s 61ms/step
1/1 [==============================] - 0s 39ms/step
None
finished

I also tried submitting the GCN4_YEAST sequence instead and other protein sequences. Do you have any suggestions?
