Include demo mode support

In the login screen include a button that allows the user to enter in the all in an anonymous way and use the features like a demo.

Refactorize names from BloC to ViewModels

Currently the app uses the term BloC for the state management classes but since the app is not using the BloC library and the approaches are different it is better to think about the current solution as ViewModels.
