What should I do to enable VPN on only specific apps?

1）开始客户端正常，能访问外网
2）电脑休眠，或后重启后，发现客户端显示运行正常，但无法正常访问外网
请问怎么解决？谢谢！

当我没有使用你的代理时候， 我是可以正常访问GitHub，但是不能访问google
当我设置为PAC代理的时候， 我是可以正常访问GitHub，但是不能访问google
当我设置为HTTP全局模式的是时候， 网络就变的很卡顿， 而且不稳定， 都不能访问。
这可能是和我的浏览器插件 -- Ghelper 出现了冲突， 具体我也不是很清楚， 请解答一下， 多谢!
