The user should be able to specify a custom resource endpoint (instead of 
seam/resource/gwtp e.g. seam/resource/myendpoint).

How?
gwt.properties:
rpc.endpoint=gwtp

If no gwt.properties exists in the classpath, 'gwtp' will be used as default 
endpoint.

There should be some examples available.

Seam doesn't support constructor injection but Guice does.

To Use Guice should solve the problem.. but adds up to 4 new dependencies:
