Missing data

Hi,

Really nice work and thanks for sharing the code!
I was just going through the preprocessing_scMultiome.Rmd in R-4 folder.
But I found some files are missing.
One is CellCycleGeneList_1134_whitfield_2002_mice_gene_symbols.txt
And other one is data/scATACseq/references/promoter_coordinates.Rda in config file.
I was wondering if you could share or upload these two data?

NMF module annotation

Nice works!
I have a question that how to access the data mentioned in NMF module annotation code, "readRDS(here("data/scRNAseq/references/mouse_atlas_extended/joint_mouse_extended.signatures_ID_20201028.Rds"))".
