Reference #25

Using regular Google calendars in addition to resource calendars would open this application for more users. Then it wouldn't be required to have Google apps for business or Google apps for education anymore for this application to work.

It is always showing error dialog box

I have already given one mail id and synced it with google calendar.

Calendar events (Exchange mailboxes) added at the user's PC appear to take an age to update on the display.

I found that RoomReservationRefreshTask works great if I call it manually. I'm pretty new to Android development; I've not found a timer to run this and assume it's event driven. I saw that calendarChangeReceiver is registered to call the RefreshTask onReceive.

Could it be that the a broadcast is delayed or something? What would be the best way to force a refresh every minute?

I had a fresh resource calendar with zero events. The Book Now button an the traffic light screen was doing nothing. Looking at the code, it seems as if there is no event, then the time range is returned as null and the button handler returns without doing anything.

Sometimes the app shows incorrect name on a reservation. I think it should show the name of the creator of the event.

However the current behavior is that it picks some name of the participants and shows that on screen.

When a room is reserved through the web interface for the Google calendar it is showing the email address of the resource/calendar instead of the name of the event.

On the web version of the calendar a reservator reservation and a "regular" web reservation look the same with all information being correct.

I can't finish the gradle sync, since it can't find a property:

When opening list of all rooms, there's no indicator which room is the current one.

Add the possibility to choose a custom company logo and display it on the application.

When launching the app if you select option "only use resource calendars" from the second setup screen, it doesn't let you proceed. It let's you proceed only by choosing your own calendar. Similarly, if you choose your own calendar and then try to access "ALL ROOMS" it lists just your own and if you try to change option "If this option is enabled, non-resource calendars will be shown" from settings, no calendars are shown at all (tried to refresh as well).

Expected behavior

Clicking on the app icon on phone i should be able to open and navigate within the application

Actual behavior

When i clicked to open, the app crashed

Renaming resource calendar does not change the calendar name on the device. This makes changing room names quite annoying.

It crashes before opening on Android 5.1 tablets. Would be awesome if that could be fixed.

Is there a way to add a confirmation? So people would need to confirm within 10 minutes of the meeting else it will go free?

Tablet should either indicate it'll automatically return to traffic lights or there should be button to get back to that.

I open the project in Android Studio 64, and I got Build Output failed :"Plugin with id 'findbugs' not found."
Any help with this error ?

For some reason the bookings made from the application are not visible in anywhere else (not in other app instances and not in browser based google calendar). Tested with Android 5.1.1 and 4.2.2.

Also deleting an event booked from the application doesn't seem to clear the event from the app calendar.

Events made from Google calendar via browser are visible in the app just fine.
