I'm planning to submit a PR with the option output to be Bitbucket flavor markdown, what you guys suggest to be the format option?

• bbfm (Bitbucket Flavor Markdown)
• bbmd (Bitbucket Markdown)
• bitbucket-md

Just so you know I think the only difference from the current markdown option is the ability to put anchor links. Bitbucket uses a prefix markdown-header- and replace some characters in the string such as space, latin accents; and only lowercase characters.

Do you guys have plans to substitute the current way to fetch data from the repository executing git commands and getting the stdout and instead use the nodegit lib http://www.nodegit.org/?

Scenario: when I was implementing support for BitBucket Markdown I wasn't unable to get the URL for the remote repository to create links to the commits. Sure I could write a function and extract from git ls-remote --get-url origin, but with nodegit it'll be more simple and easy to understand.

Other example: get tags simple as:
