assets/scripts/ui.js should be moved to assets/scripts/books/ui.js. Same for other scripts.

Any handlers defined currently in assets/scripts/index.js should be moved to an appropriate folder as events.js. For example, assets/scripts/books/events.js.

master was behind when delivered.

Including syntax error regarding using delete, which is a keyword in JavaScript.

Should likely be on master:

+1.  Add an event listener on the form's `submit` action within `assets/scripts/index.js`

Per @gaand, require getFormFields even though it is exposed globally.

Needs to be updated.

form.book.id not book.id

Have separate uiSuccess functions for index, show, and delete.

Eventually, they will be using these function to change the UI, and it is better separation of concerns to have them as separate functions. It also allows for easier debugging.

This sequence seems to mildy out-of-date w.r.t. prior solution -> current master updates.
