This study would be of importance specifically to Ministry of Health and Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI). The finding will equip the top level managers such as Cabinet Secretary, Permanent Secretary and Director General KEMRI with the tool for analysis of COVID-19 case in predicting future cases. It would sensitize the capability of Machine Learning in the medical profession in order to make informed decision and ensure smooth handling of pandemics. It would also be of interest to both the national and county governments as a strategic too that plays a role in the determination of policies to be adapted and financing to be allocated to a pandemic. It will also help improve implementation of polices that can be important in the saving of lives the event of a pandemic and way to mitigate high number of infections.
