Many things were done since first README (based on pathogen) was released.

Now dotvim is using vim-addon-manager (or VAM) to manage vim addons, and other things were done.

It'd be good to add a cheatsheet of configured shortcuts, and also learned shortcuts from plugins, so that I could have a place to remember than when typing on vim.
Also add shortcut learned from vim itself.
