Hi. Love this package easily adding support for TelemetryProcessors.

I have an issue with CustomApplicationInsightsConfig force overwriting both the cloud role name and forcing versioning to be based on the assembly version.

The prior breaks at least the function execution blade in Azure which requires the telemetry item to retain the original cloud role name.

the latter is just not something I, nor I suspect many, use.

If the entire ApplicationDescriptor / ApplicationInitializer could be made optional / part of the builder, that would be great. At the same time it would probably also make sense to make all default configuration settable without forcing a configuration-section (though I agree that this is a good default practice).
