I think I should make SqlConn a non-singleton that I can override defaults for and put a singleton wrapper around that class.

Try to do this through logging.

These shouldn't be top-level

Create raw data on local machine, for example:
sxs/data/v1/games.db

Create migration scripts ordered by name alone, for example:
0000_initial_tables.sql
0001_migrate_games.sql

Have writes write to table and db at the same time gated by version.

This was attempted, but MySQLdb didn't work for some reason.
