When attempting to dump bookmark data from an encrypted PDF (i.e., one which has an owner password set in order to limit user permissions), PDFtkBox throws a Bouncy Castle exception rather than detecting that the document is encrypted and cleanly exiting.

I cam across this project which seems to solve the exact problem I'm currently having.
Unfortunately, I'm not Java-savvy enough to know how to compile/install this library.

Can you please either:

• Produce an "Install" file/section in the README file
• For a non-java programmer, It seems like overkill to have to install the entire Gradle build system for one .jar. It would be great if you could add a .jar file to your repo.

I have posted a PDFtk GUI front end, PDFtk Bookmarks Editor, on SourceForge and was looking at PDFtkBox as a possible substitute for the dump_data and update_info commands in PDFtk Server v2.02.

However, when dumping bookmark data using PDFtkBox, I encountered problems with PDFs which have a table of contents in addition to bookmarks (outline). In such cases, the program does not output the PageNumber, YOffset or Zoom statements for the bookmarks and it sends TODO messages to the console regarding support for PDNamedDestinations.
