  • 用户选择不同的情绪标签，系统推荐相应的文章、书籍、音乐、视频、冥想等内容，帮助用户自己调节情绪。

  • 用户可以将自己的不良情绪以文字或语音的形式以问答的方式发布，其他用户或心理咨询师提供解答。

  • 用户可以通过线上或线下的方式找心理医生咨询。
