Ensure imagick extension is running in PHP 8.0.

Add protobuf extension

Make New Relic binary downloadable.

The New Relic binary is currently always a part of the image. However, it is not necessarily always used.

Ideally, the download & installation of the New Relic binary should be moved to a script, so that it can be called on demand when it is actually required.

Running any PHP command causes the template files to no longer respect environment variables.

Example Dockerfile:

FROM garbetjie/php:7.4-nginx
RUN /docker-entrypoint.sh php -i | grep memory
ENV MEMORY_LIMIT=32M

Any images built using a Dockerfile like this (specifically the RUN command) will no longer respect any environment variables when it comes to templating.

Ideally, the template files should be stored separate to the actual files in use, and should be re-interpreted every time the entrypoint script is run.
