Symptom is that C65 IRQ handler doesn't clear raster interrupt.
That routine uses LDA $D019 / BPL elsewhere / TSB $D019, which isn't clearing the IRQ.
INC $D019 works fine.
So problem is presumably in the TSB instruction.

Well, TSB looks like it works fine, so may be a problem in raster IRQ acknowledgement in VIC-IV.
