Calling measuredevice (ideal)

  • ./measuredevice -d /dev/sdb -e libaio
  • ./measuredevice -d /dev//nvme0n1
  • ./measuredevice -d /var/lib/mysql/data

Current

  • run the script and get results with do-rr-fio.sh which will also print results
  • print an existing result with python3 printout.py <result-dir>

Current calling do-rr-fio.sh

The only fully functioning script is do-rr-fio.sh an exampe of calling the script is

spdk

Calls the script with a PCI address and uses spdk rather than kernel device like /dev/sdb

sudo do-rr-fio.sh -d "trtype=PCIe traddr=0000.04.00.0 ns=1" -e spdk
