Student Registration System

Objective

Develop a student registration system where students can register their details such as name, class, address, and contact number. Additionally, it provides functionalities for editing and deleting records

File Structure

• index.html: Main HTML file with the form and table.
• styles.css: CSS file for styling the form and table.
• script.js: JavaScript file for handling form submission, validation, and local storage operations.

Setup and Usage

1. Clone the repository or download the zip file.
2. Open index.html in your browser.
3. Fill out the form to register a student.
4. View, edit, or delete registered students in the table.

Features

• Add Students: Fill out the form and submit to add a student to the list.
• Edit Students: Click the "Edit" button to modify student details.
• Delete Students: Click the "Delete" button to remove a student from the list.
• Persistent Data: Student data is saved in local storage, so it persists even after refreshing the page.
• Input Validation: Ensures that all fields are filled out correctly before adding a student.
