I configured the environment ok last time, but I ran it again today and found a new problem.

ERROR: LoadError: UndefVarError: state not defined

In line 118 of optimize.jl "st = Optimisers.state(opt, (PSFs, logα / hyperscale, logβ / hyperscale) "), I didn't find a definition for it in the Optimiser.jl in Julia's packages.

Clone WavePropagation.jl, ImplicitAdjoints.jl and this repo and run

dev {path to WavePropagation.jl}
dev {path to ImplicitAdjoints.jl}
dev {path to this repo}
in Julia's package manager.

My installation steps:

1. I cloned your ImagingOpt.jl

2. I clone WavePropagation.jl and ImplicitAdjoints.jl, which are in the same level folder as ImagingOpt.jl.

3. I developed WavePropagation.jl, ImplicitAdjoints.jl, and ImagingOpt.jl in turn

4. Then, an error message was given:

ERROR: LoadError: Failed to precompile WavePropagation [35738e4c-42fb-4913-b8e7-4cd0bbf068f1] to "/ home/sffu /. Julia/compiled/v1.9 / WavePropagation/jl_f6maLI".

5. I put [deps] of Project.toml in WavePropagation.j LinearAlgebra = "37e2e46d-f89d-539d-b4ee-838fcccc9c8e"
