The react-components package produces queries that use a range predicate which makes it easier (1-to-1 mapping between UI filters and predicates).

We should be able to add a range filter which is broken down into a greater than and less than predicate pair.

Multiple GBIF download have failed because of incorrect handling of apostrophe in values.

This should result in a issue IS NULL OR size(issue) = 0 predicate, but it only tests for null, and the array is empty rather than null.

All the tests in the gbif-api project worth migrating to take advantage of previous work and assure consistency

This implies the migration of the HIveQueryVisitor from the occurrence project and adapt it to work in the context of this project
