This would allow us to track what PR's a user owns and treat those differently then those owned by other.

The api limit info can be found under the metadata property of any response from github. There should be an angular service to consume that data. It would be used to should the latest limits in the UI. Maybe in a toggling section in the main view or overlaying the entire application.

I'd like to be able to add a list of user who I care about. This way if the user opens a PR I could get a special notification about that pull request.

yeah this would be awesome. Also being able to add the comments inline and potentially add new comments would be good.

Currently the PR tool will only work for an organization. It would be good if the tool would also work for individuals. Note this will require some major work in the Github service to figure identify and configure services that will work for an individual. You would also need to update the account page to make it configurable for either organizations or an individual.

There is an issue where the tool will stop auto updating if unable to connect to github. This can be fixed by wrapping the github attempts in a try catch block on only logging out network errors. Either that or attach a fail handler to that promise chain and ignore the error.

Figure out why the application is broken when using the latest version of nodewebkit. Fix it and update the docs to reflect the new version
