Remove the username and password option

Create blurb about how to generate a GH token

Should describe the needed scope and why. Also where in GH the page lives to create the token.

Add welcome screen if not token is set in the options.

Add save button to options for token

after click it save the token the make a call to GH to verify the token is good and get the login value and save it to be used in the options screen.

Add google analytics to the chrome extension so we can track number of installs/usage

Token doesn't save when pasting

I generated a token, copied it and pasted it into the options menu, but the token isn't saved (you can tell because the reset button becomes active) unless there is some keyboard input (e.g. pressing space then backspace).

Have a way to clear GH token

A user should be able to clear their saved token in settings

Manage/settings screen hangs up

I keep having issues with the manage/settings screen (where you select the repos to watch) hanging up and getting stuck on the loading screen. I can't seem to duplicate it reliably, so it's hard to tell what might be causing it. Sometimes I can get back and forth between settings and main, but it appears to be certain repos that have this problem.
