Although, for most uses, any beyond Notepad editor is likely good enough.

• Which should we use?
• Just stay with GitHub? (It has a lot of messaging power.)
• Add on ZenHub to use with GitHub?
• Trello?
• Quip?

About Quip. I have to say, I really like it. Works best for having evolving text notes across phones, tablets, and my desktop workstation.
Although, GitHub is satisfactory in this way, too. Once, you login is setup.

Suggestions

• Use whichever editor works best.
• Although, we should all respect Linux LF for end text standard. I hope?

My Editor

• Is Emacs, although also very comfortable with vim.
• Sublime Text is viable.
• The GitHub Atom editor looks quite capable also.
