Smart comparison of version number

At the moment, we only check if the two version numbers are equal. If not, we offer the update.

We should compare them, and only offer it if the version number of the potential update is greater than the current version installed.

Redirect link like:
updatekit.com/ios_applications/bundle_identifier/com.updateKit.demo/redirect_to_appstore to the AppStore app page.

Don't forget to cache the value.

Wrap IPA url with a manifest file

When in manual mode, if a developer set an url finishing with .ipa, web service should automatically wrap it around a manifest file to allow easy Over The Air update.

Automatically protect an application when already logged in

When creating a new application while already logged in, the application should automatically be owned (and protected) by the user.

Use Apple API to get info about an app

Currently, the version number is parsed from iTunes public web page.
Apple provides an API that returns everything in JSON format.
Let's use this API.

Search example by id:

Search example by bundleId:
http://ax.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStoreServices.woa/wa/wsLookup?bundleId=com.macmation.tictacboo

This allows us to simplify the setup process, as we don't need to ask the developer the AppleId: we can get it in the JSON return, under the key trackId.

Allow upload of IPA files

When in manual mode, instead of entering an url, developers should be able to upload an IPA.
