Hello @gdegoulet, I'm packaging JpegIPTC to Debian and I couldn't find the license of the images bellow.

Do you know who is the copyright's holder and license? Otherwise, may I change the images to images with free license?

According to setupy.py the license is Artistic or GPL. Mentioning of the GPL without version means it is licensed under all versions, so it should be GPL-1+, can I assume it?

JpegIPTC.py says in its file header that it is licensed under "under the same terms as Python itself.", which is neither the Artistic license nor the GPL.

Also there is an Expat LICENSE in this package, which seems to be superfluous.

Can you please clarify the license situation?
