source.startsWith("null")) should read source.startsWith("null", cursor)). Otherwise there is an infinite loop when trying to tokenise a string containing the value null.

The tokeniser can create a NUMBER type of token that contains a decimal point, as one would expect for a float. However, when the parser encounters tokens of type NUMBER, it uses Integer.parseInt() to turn the token string into a number object. This is a bug. Integer.parseInt() fails if it encounters a string that can't be an integer.
