Add requirements.txt and check other suggestions by @ocarneiro at original repo

This warning message is showing up every request:
warning: CRLF will be replaced by LF in Pygame/FlapNBrunco/flapnbrunco.py. The file will have its original line endings in your working directory.
Need to figure it out ASAP.

Next corrections for:

• Start screen
• Score| Game over screen
• BG image
• Solutions for GIFs*

*About GIFs: Pygame doesn't support animated GIFs natively, and the solution GIFImage isn't working in my tests. I'll try this suggestion later.

Apesar de existir um passo11.py, o passo10.py dá uma ideia melhor do jogo construído ao final da oficina. ; )
