Problems with this term – thiamine (vitamin B1) is the non-
phosphorylated form so can’t be dephosphorylated. The
phosphorylated forms, thiamine phosphate and thiamine
diphosphate (or pyrophosphate), are not actually enzymes
but co-factors so can’t go under the ‘vitamin metabolism’
parent. Will have a think about this!
