As GeoKrety Maintainer, I would like a microservice platform which is able to execute stateless job.

Basic needs are:

• crontab service running
• crontab entry as input config file
• web server (to serve php content)
• Docker compatibility

Acceptance:

• an HelloJob that print out datetime each minute to logs
