Add Tournament welcome message

[ ] Engage the Tournament to communicate the level options
[ ] Tournament gets passed into Game

Add functionality to pass Board parameters based on User input from Tournament

[ ] Level 1: default (height: 6 width: 7)
[ ] Level 2: (height: 8 width: 9)
[ ] Level 3: (height: 10 width: 11)

Pass in level designation to Computer

[ ] Take the information about Levels from Tournament and pass into Computer
[ ] Method to look and evaluate the level that the User chose

Level 1 (default=1)
Level 2 (level=2)
Level 3 (level=3)

Add ability to have multiple levels

[ ] Computer holds the ability to have levels
[ ] Need to change how the Welcome message is handles
[ ] Need to ask the User for which level they want to compete at

Level 1 is assumed (4 in a row) height: 6 width: 7
Level 2 (5 in a row) height: 8 width: 9
Level 3 (6 in a row) height: 10 width: 11
