Remove engine.js, and just build it into the result

Probably compile all custom blocks first. This should give knowledge on what does and doesn't yield, along with the type changes in these custom blocks, and will allow for a huge amount of type optimization. The yielding part means that not all functions will need to be generators which should give a speedup.
This "first pass" shouldn't have to actually build IR -- It only has to precompute things needed to be precomputed, figure out what will and won't force yields to occur, and figure out what types variables will be after operations.
