Remove duration legacy convertion code (value recieived from API)

Switch to 3 steps

• 1/2 journée = < 4 h
• Journée = 4 h 01 à 10 h

• 2 jours = + de 10 h

Adjust width of step (uniform with others)

Select one, then another. First one remains selected.
