Rather than publising via a .zip file this version is going to be published via a nuget package.
This is because, geckofx 45.0 requires a slightly modified firefox build.

This version is also makes use of a webidl compiler to allow access to apis provided by webidl files.
This is needed because an increasing number of firefox apis have moved from IDL to webidl.
