DBSCAN context of 10 vs 5 should be different?

There is something wrong with the first 5 graphs. If the context is different the visualizations should be different as well. Maybe, you are leaving a dataframe in the jupyter notebook memory and it is not being updated, or maybe the context parameter is not working in the Chobjer.

In order to test this you should use a sample of the dataframe.

all_tokens = all_tokens.sample(100)

Could you try this?

you can give a dataframe and the columns that will appear in the hover. That will help trying to understand the clusters.
