No repositories are configured in Sentry for your organization.

So yes, user configuration error. If you wish to not track commits, you can always use the skipSetCommits
input.

I'm encountering a similar error. Doing some digging into debug logs -but it looks like the error comes from a 403 response on a GET request to https://sentry.io/api/0/organizations/{ORGANIZATION}/repos/?cursor=
. So, I suspect this could actually be an issue where the docs don't set up the API key with read permissions that are necessary to parts of the API.
