I feel like there are so many random files all over the place, it would be better if we can somehow organize them into separate folders instead of lying at the top level of the repo.

You are taking input variables here but you overwrite them here. Please comment out the part where you set the three variables or come up with other fixes.

Instead of everyone wrapping their head on writing their own query, we can have a standard class for fetching data from the database. Also add some usage example for people to learn how to use the class/functions. @hengluchang

Right now after the post request the drop down list will reset to default. Try and remember the settings by sending a field with the information to the html and render it.

It is having null pointer exception right now.
