Hi,
the captains mode forces players onto teams to avoid weird conflicts with other plug-ins. I guess i should change the way the no-rookie plug-in works so the check is not done when they join a team.
About displaying the playtime in the GUI: Yeah i could do that but might end up with having not enough space for all rows to be shown at lower resolutions.
