I would like to add to the switchers, as currently Microbrewery/Craft/Industrial do, a new type of POI based on the brewery tag

I know that in Germany, brewpubs microbrewery=yes are quite common but that's not the case of other countries like Belgium, Spain or Portugal. However, there are pubs focused on the craft beers with multiple taps. They do not brew the beers but they offer a wide variety of different craft beers beyond the lager or commercial/industrial ones.

The goal will be able to display pubs where you can get craft beers.

But, and here's the main issue, there is no easy way to point out this kind of pubs. As you can see here there's no standard, and it's far from being worldwide.
The current tagging suggests brewery=various when the pubs serves different beers, but I believe this is pretty inaccurate, brewery=craft would be better but that is just an opinion.

So, would be possible to include a new toggle based on this criteria? What do you think about the tagging? Which approach would be the best?
