Fixed Width File Handler

This project implements a library for reading, writing, and manipulating fixed-width format files. It includes a CLI interface for interacting with these files.

Setup

1. Install dependencies using Poetry:

   poetry install
   

Running the Application

To run the CLI application:

poetry run python src/main.py

This will start the interactive CLI interface where you can load files, manipulate data, and save changes.

Running Tests

To run the test suite:

poetry run pytest -v
