pipenv migration

remove virtualenv

Check some well known resolvers

Picking a random set of resolvers from a list of global open recursors might be confusing - I suggest to add a "default" of checking resolution through some well known services, such as:

1.1.1.1 - CloudFlare
4.2.2.1 - Level3
8.8.8.8 - Google
9.9.9.9 - Quad9
64.6.64.6 - Verisign
208.67.222.222 - OpenDNS
