cannot import name 'get_tutorial_dataset' from 'almirah.utils'

After install either via pip or git clone

from almirah.utils import get_tutorial_dataset
cannot import name 'get_tutorial_dataset' from 'almirah.utils'

almirah==0.2.0 not working

python3.10 -m pip install almirah==0.2.0

import almirah
import mne
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'mne'
